Lil Pérez
Lil Perez is a pharmacist and the loving mother of four, two of whom are neurodiverse. Her personal experience as a mother drives her passion to find and create products that support the healthy growth and development of her children. As owner of 1Q Solutions, Lil is on a mission to provide families with the same quality and care that she seeks for her own children. Her dedication to this cause shines through in every aspect of the company, from the products they create to the values they uphold.
Dr Adriana Mendoza
Adriana Mendoza is a pediatrician and mother of two, including a 16-year-old with autism. Her journey into the world of neurodiversity began with her son, inspiring her to dedicate her career to investigating and treating children with Autism and ADHD using a biomedical approach. As the owner of 1Q Solutions, Adriana oversees product formulation, carefully selecting ingredients and dosages to ensure the highest quality. Her deep understanding of both the science and the emotional side of parenting drives her work every day.
Carlos Arroyo
Carlos Arroyo is a chemical engineer and a devoted father on a mission to help his autistic child thrive. His passion for finding answers drives him to research the best products and cutting-edge technology. Carlos loves spending time in the lab, where he combines and tests formulas with intensity and precision. His commitment and dedication to creating the most effective solutions reflect his desire to make a meaningful impact on his child and others in the neurodiverse community.
